Every Aroma by AK candle is thoughtfully crafted and inspected before shipment

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aromabyak@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or burned candles.

Because each candle is hand-poured in small batches, slight variations in appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
